Welcome to Golden Valley Lounge. By accessing our website and using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a seat at Golden Valley Lounge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Access

• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• A valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar) and a valid boarding pass are required for entry into the lounge.
• The name on the booking must match the name on the identification documents presented at the reception.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior to the booked time slot.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time slot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Lounge Etiquette

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we request that you observe reasonable standards of behavior. Golden Valley Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive.

5. Liability

Golden Valley Lounge is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while within the lounge premises. Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
